They were really good, until it came to the end. I handed the car in good condition. I had a call the day after, saying that they took 250 out of my account due to returning the car with a flat tyre. I gave the car back in good condition. And when there's a fault in new cars it shows up on the dashboard, plus the staff checked the car before I returned it, he said it was all good. They try their luck. So be careful. Due to losing my dad and not being able to go work. I had 20 in my card. They put me into a overdraft. On top they were so rude when I asked for my money. The woman 1st said it was the excess fee, then damaged tyre and then she said it was due to hiring a good car. She didnt make sense. Got my money back after all. Then few days later they called to ask for a feedback. Just be careful. They will ask you to pay 1 so they can access your account afterwards.
