        A good gym that has really good training facilities including a functional training area, weights etc. The staff are really welcoming especially the manager Adrian who Ive known for a while now and hes always there to help if anything is needed. Hes a good motivator as well!. One thing for improvement could be to have a hanging heavy punching bag maybe in the functional area, just a suggestion.

        Been to this gym numerous times, the equipment is excellent and the staff too. Adrian stands out all the time, hes always happy to help out with anything and brings an immaculate vibe to the gym.
