I was extremely impressed with Martin and co when selling my house recently. The communication and efficiency was exceptional. The house was valued, photos taken promptly and put on the website the same day. They helped with extra matters like contacting energy providers and solicitors. Communication on matters was always quick and personable. would recommend for anyone using their service. The valuation provided the house got and their market research on the house and similar properties meant they were well informed in making this. We dealth wiyh Keith mostly who was brilliant. They were very accommodating the whole way through.

Just recently commenced my tenancy with Martin & Co Solihull and the service has been exceptional start to finish. I've been kept informed all throughout the process, everything was done online so it was incredibly easy and the staff are very friendly and eager to assist.

I have a very good experience with Martin & Co. My letting agent Ms. Leigh who is professional, patient and always informative. With her help, all problems sorted very quickly and we settled very well. 100% recommend to use this letting agency and her service again.

We are a sub contractor the Director of this branch fixed our issues due to branch manager not playing ball which will not be up on here but have to say the Director dealt with this issues very swiftly and I can't thank him enough
