Phil and the Team are currently treating my dad. After a stroke and fall the use in his arm was deteriorating rapidly. With treatment dad is now able to use his arm again, the improvement is fantastic! Daft as it sounds, he is now able to put his own seat belt on in a car, something he was unable to do before. Dad's also a little bit grumpy, but Phil seems to get the best from him. Dad's going to be disappointed when his treatment finishes, which for me speaks volumes.

I was having severe trouble with a shoulder, and NHS wait times were long. I received an offer for a free trial with Urban Body, and was seen by Luke. Luke worked on my shoulder after asking me a lot of questions, and at the end of the 30 minute session, I could already move the affected arm for much more with much less pain - results were immediate. I went back for a follow up session, and continue to get relief. These conditions obviously take time to fully clear up, but I could see that these are knowledgeable people and atleast in my case, able to provide immediate improvement, which gave me hope and put me in a better frame of mind. I would recommend them highly.

Would certainly recommend Urban Body Luke and Phil have been great at understanding the issues and coming up with a plan for pain relief while trying to determine whats causing the pain, thank you
