Caremark (Solihull)

I can highly recommend Caremark for their care and kindness shown towards my mother and my family. All the staff, especially Kelly, really cared, even outside of normal working hours. Sadly, my mother's health has deteriorated and she has had to go in a care home. She will miss this team who became her friends. I am just grateful that they were always there for her and I will miss them too.

If you are looking for a reliable, friendly care agency with exceptional, professional and devoted staff look no further. Their expertise and kindness shown whilst caring for my mother has gone above and beyond and believe me after having experiences with numerous other care agencies, these cannot be beat. The girls are like family members (and have become that close) and Kesh the manager is very approachable and more than willing to answer any queries or worries you may have which goes a long way to ensure your confidence and trust. Do I recommend? 100%.
