        Worst experience I have ever received after my 3rd car from BMW. The first and Second lease were no issues used Oldbury & City Centre at the time (which is now closed down) but Solihull just was a nightmare with Arafat! My vehicle prior to chip fiasco was ordered and delivered to the UK, but they sold my vehicle to another buyer because the chip issues meant they stopped a number of add ons on the vehicle!!! They paid for another vehicle and its insurance whilst waiting for my new vehicle but it was the worst experience ever!!! They try to shine their way into trying to convince me the new vehicle would be great etc! But it was not! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NOT READY FOR A BAD EXPERIENCE! Its put me off BMWs Moving across to Audi was the best choice ever!!

        Picked up my absolute dream car today Audi rs6. Dealt with Lisa thorneywork from enquiry to collection, absolutely fantastic service from start to finish really was a great experience buying with her she really went above and beyond car was prepared to a high standard couldnt ask for a better service will definitely return in the future if I ever change if I could give 10 stars I would, thanks again Lisa
