        The lady Natalie at the Shirley branch was very kind and helped us find things within my budget for better quality. We were very happy with: what we had bought, the service and the staff, as we felt put at ease as to what we were buying was amazing.

        Amazing customer service from Chet. He was very welcoming, offered us a drink, really went above and beyond to help me choose the right mattress. He was very helpful!

        Very friendly service from Bridie. She greeted us as soon as we entered and made us feel very comfortable. She offered us drinks and listened carefully to what we were wanting. We were given pillows while we were trying the mattress and were even given the sleep match experience to find the right mattress for us. Fabulous service, thank you.

        Awful quality after 18 months, the whole bed collapsed! I strongly recommend not to use this company for beds the worst quality beds I have ever come across and vastly overpriced. 0/10
