Absolutely amazing customer service from Chris today. I turned up just before they were supposed to close and he still let me get my contract sorted as I needed the storage space today. Can't thank him enough!

Good experience, used this place for 8 months. Friendly staff, easy access and they even offered free removal of my stuff to my new house.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I had an emergency situation where I had to literally move out of my private rented property on the Thursday so I called Space Station Solihull on the Monday. A very professional service and telephone email contact and they booked Transporter Removals for that very Wednesday which was such a lift of burden to me. I had a studio sized items and the removal company collected my items on Wednesday and took them straight to Space Station direct to my lock up without me even physically being there and locked it all into place with padlock that I purchased, I had to go to work that afternoon. I highly recommend Space Station Solihull and I had my new flat ready two weeks later so I was offered the chance to pay upfront and the removal company Transporter Removals then moved all my items from the lock up to my new home without a hitch all calm and stress free. It was all a very commendable and wonderful experience and service. Thank you so much.

Great customer service, friendly and kind. The only thing I was not happy about is they will keep putting you rent up 10 every six months. I have been to alot of storage companies where they give you 8 weeks half price but not here. I would still recommend it because it's a solution to your problem. :)
