I appreciate your busy but does anybody respond to emails for online customers ? I did a order 2 days ago paid extra for 24 hrs tracking and still haven't received my order... EDIT , big shout out to Clarke that sorted my order out thanks so much !

excellent service from customer service team ordered the wrong strength nic salt emailed asking to change and received a call confirming the right strength also delivery was on time within the time frame

Bought some products online and had issue, no response from using website messaging tool, but did get a response through emailing back order confirmation email. Due to an error on their part I feel it was so much more of a hassle for me to rectify it, won't use again but prices and products offered were good.
