I had the pleasure of dealing with Kathryn Ferris, who is head of their Family Department. I found her always very professional, straightforward, and she is clearly an expert in her field. She was always very approachable and sympathetic, making a difficult process as bearable as possible. I therefore cannot recommend WRM enough as it was clear that Kathryn is also part of a great team (which includes Kirsten Wagner, who was also very helpful in every way) and a great company. I am so glad that I found them!
