        Oh Dear. It's not often I feel strongly enough to rate a service. A particularly poor experience I'm afraid. It would be highly unlikely that I would recommend the firm.

        Great... I got a couple of documents certified without a booking for the princely sum of 7. Update (2018) - unfortunately they no longer provide this service

        This company is basically run like cowboys. Incompetent staff and processes and will cost you in every-way if you are purchasing a house. If your buyer or seller is using this solicitor firm then please cancel the purchase until a different solicitor is chosen. The Islamic (UBL & Rayan) banks use this company and combing a poor bank and a poor solicitor is not the best ingredient. The Islamic banks dont care as they make the customer pay for the fees!! They have trainee staff who have recently qualified and think they are working like LA Law series and suits! No common sense and ask the customer to do all the chasing. If the law society came and did an audit they would close the firm down! I wanted to give no stars but unfortunately you can not anything.
