3 months no case handler no communication absolutely rubbish I would not recommended

This company clearly doesnt know the law as I have been threatened with court litigation for an incident I didnt even cause in my vehicle, received a letter saying I was due to pay monies owed for the incident (surely this is the whole point of paying for insurance) they have contacted me with a threatening letter, again surely this should have been done via my insurance company and once I eventually got someone to answer my phone calls in there office again they admitted they shouldnt have done this and didnt seem to have much of a clue. Very poor service I am almost tempted to speak to the citizens advice bureau service about your negligence
