        We instructed Blackhams for conveyancing of our first house purchase. I enquired by phone and Tracey Allsopp took the time to fully understand our situation and sent over a reasonable quote (other firms I contacted in Birmingham were rude and couldnt wait to get you off the phone). From that point on I knew we were in safe hands. They were very responsive and did what we asked of them. Only problem was the use of the Thirdfort App to verify identity, which could be quite cumbersome and unresponsive. But otherwise, stellar service and highly recommended.
