Ice Gem

Out of 6 desserts ordered 4 were incorrect and/or did not come with the combo option ie, Sorbet or Ice cream. Venue does not take phone calls and chat seems to be nothing but a bot. No response to issues mentioned. Would not recommend. Cookie dough was inedible. Chocolate Brownie Cake very nice. Waffles fresh but no combo bits sent.

Had a cake n custard and a waffle they were amazing just the way we like it 5 star girls were very polite nice atmosphere actually very relaxing and clean will defo be back ....

Ordered 2 waffles and the owner trying to clean the waffle machine before use with the used vessel scotch-brite which is dirty and worn out , and poured the waffle batter without wiping the machine with kitchen towel on top giving lame excuse that they ran out of kitchen towels and its shortage in the market Previous owner used to give Gelato ice cream with the waffles but the new owner giving some cheap ice cream and charging more on top 1 with full cup and the other with half cup After change of new management I will not recommend this place no hygiene cheap product with pricey tag
