        I arrived 20 minutes behind schedule and anticipated my appointment being canceled. The receptionist was quite friendly and said she would see if I could still get a cut and finish. She informed me that the stylist was still with another client and had another appointment after mine, so I needed to reschedule. I deducted two stars because it seemed that even if I had arrived punctually, the stylist wouldn't have been available to attend to me, as she was still occupied with the previous client. I assume that if I had arrived on time and waited for 20 minutes, it wouldn't have been a problem.

        Lovely and friendly staff! Nicola cuts my 2 year old sons hair and she is amazing with him! Nicola always gets him to somehow sit perfectly still and cuts his hair beautifully. The reception staff are also polite
