Review 2; a year on, still a loyal client of Couture. I've never ever kept a hair dresser as I'm so fussy but Grace and the team are wonderful. I always leave feeling amazing, my hair gets complimented all the time. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Review 1: Couture Hair is the perfect salon. The girls are so friendly and welcoming, Grace is an incredible hair dresser and I will never be going anywhere else ever again. I visited Couture Hair today and WOW i was absolutely blown away. The interior was so stunning and all of the staff members were so friendly and inviting. I was immediately seated and offered a refreshment of which the choices were endless! Grace the owner dealt with me personally and i have never been so happy with my hair! She really does know her stuff i feel like a new woman. I will definitely he returning Service: Hair coloring

a friend that uses this salon regularly got me a voucher for a blow dry - while it states on voucher that it is only 3 months they did not tell my friend when she bought it and as it is in an envelope she wont have seen it. I asked could I extend it by a month as I hadn't realised it was only 3 months until I went to book it. I was told no - I think this is very poor customer service , I was a potential new customer and would now not consider going there, my friend will not return. Just an opinion - I appreciate the voucher had 3 months on it but the person buying should be advised so they can tell the person they give it to. Thank you for reply I wasnt asked how far the voucher was out of date it was one month out of date I was just told no. I appreciate there is a time limit I just think you should make customers aware when they buy them for people so they can tell them.
