        As a long time bad apple customer this is the first very bad experience ive ever had. Booked in a haircut with director stylist and upon arrival being told that shes not very good with long hair and therefore suggested i continue with a senior stylist, who is in fact a lower level stylist. I have curly hair and was told she would be better with the cut. I agreed to continue but was extremely unimpressed with the manners and general hospitality of the team overall and the haircut itself shambles. They didnt even have a diffuser in the hairsalon. Not trained for curly hair at all, a waste of my time and money completely. Will not be returning. Services: Curly hair, Hairstyling
