Visited the salon for the first time recently. Although I tasked them with a difficult colour correction the team did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the result. More importantly the team were friendly professional welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and this has been my most positive salon experience to date. Initially I went in for a consultation, Fay was very honest n straight forward. I was booked in for a balayage, for the weekend which I had to rearrange. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. On the day of my hair treatment, I had Jordon, very polite and friendly. I showed him a pic of what i wanted and honestly all I can say is I am very impressed. The colour turned out how i wanted and I would defo recommend. I will be returning back to hohh. Service: Hair coloring

My first time at house of hair hostess. I absolutely loved it. All the stylist are lovely. Fay the owner put extensions in my hair.. I came out feeling like a new women. They looked amazing!! Cant wait for my next visit
