        I had some personal issues and the staff were informative, as well as very helpful and understanding to my situation. I spoke with two members of staff via email and they were both polite and quick to respond.

        12 month subscription paid in full. Contract stated 12 months. Now I'm being bullied to pay more money even though the email says 12 months. Never use these to service your gym. They will just get you a bad name.

        Absolutely avoid this company. If you want to get a gym sub just get a loan or something. This company hides how to cancel on purpose to avoid the inevitable losses of business. Then charges you through the nose. AVOID AVOID AVOID
