        Been attending the Cradley studio since lockdown ended and it's such a lovely, welcoming place. All the instructors are so knowledgeable and supportive. If you're thinking about starting pole, I completely recommend here.

        I started at K Pole on the 'intro to pole' course a year ago (with zero experience or strength) and it was honestly the best decision I have ever made. Pam and Kim have created such a comfortable and supportive environment to learn, all while having fun and a laugh. Would definitely recommend K Pole to anyone!
