Great gym, great equipment............however just before we entered our latest lockdown we approached the sales & head of operations at MK and agreed upon a membership which suited both parties. Touching base with Marc (membership team) at the end of this lockdown to confirm if we are still on the same page, which was received positively, re-enforcing and welcoming. This didn't last long, only a mere 2 days later I received a email stating that they have reviewed their pricing and this membership is no longer available. The level of honesty and transparency was only there for a limited time. I felt dishearten with a sour taste left in my mouth. All being said I think it was just one individual who has ruined the whole experience.
