        This place was good but JD group have taken it over now and it is in a shoddy state of repair and looks like a building site. As a 24 hour access gym you cannot get in because the door mechanism is broken! There are also no boxing facilities and after several months it look as if there is little chance of these being replaced. Avoid if you can, there is much better available.
