I have been with this practice for over 20 years and have always found receptionists, nurses, doctor extremely good....booking an appointment can be a bit of a challenge sometimes.

Very rude and lazy staff member SAMINA on the secretary team regarding my brother's mental health. Constantly lying to not do her job. First about a referral saying nothing on the system, then when pushed said oh yes there is a referral, then later said I found an expedite letter (all from previous GP practice), then claimed that the practice were illegally not participating in the NHS Choose and Book system. Then put the phone down mid conversation. Written complaint to arrive promptly and if that is met with a similar, obfuscating attitude it will be duely escalated to NHS England.

I just move fep Park surgery. Try every day for GP appointment 8.30. All full within minutes. Try every morning same time can't get appointment advice 111.Why. worst than my old surgery.

Doctors very good reception staff polite and helpful never had a problem with receptionist thank you to all the doctors and nurses and reception and secretaries and admin great doctors surgery thank you to you all not always easy place to work nhs as i work myself for nhs with patients

If I could give zero stars I would. They don't understand that their ridiculous appointment booking system doesn't and can't work for everyone. When you try and book at any time other than 08.30am you're met with a "shrugged shoulder" attitude and no offer of a solution. I have a sales meeting every weekday morning between 8.30am and 9.00am, and managed to get 10 minutes off this morning. I started at number 16 in the queue, and when i eventually connected 10 minutes later I was told that they were fully booked and that I'd have to call back tomorrow. All I'm trying to do is to get a telephone appointment to request another prescription for some drugs for an ongoing condition. Just unbeleivable that no-one there can understand the needs of their patients. I'll be looking for another surgery to join.
