An absolutely brilliant firm, from the moment my Dad was collected to the end of the service, I could not have asked for anything else. The support the staff gave me was tremendous and really helpful at what was obviously a very hard time for myself and my family. If I had to give a score I would be giving Bastock's a 10/10 A special mention must go to Sam from the Yardley Branch, the help and support I received from her will be remembered for a long time. Everyone involved in Bastock's business should be extremely proud of the support and service they provide I can not thank them enough. Thank You.

We attended the funeral of a long lost relative yesterday. Having passed away in sad circumstances, the few family members that attended the funeral were so touched, by the respect shown and the funeral service provided by Bastocks. Thank you, you did a wonderful job.
