Absolutely appalled with FLR Group. Fancy showroom - yes. Aftersales? Disgusting. We placed a telephone order and decided to cancel before we took delivery; which we are well within rights to do. FLR insisted on a 30% restock fee; which is totally against selling rules for retail customers (yes - we took independent advice on this point). They pointed out that this is Karndean's restock fee (debatable as FLR later offered to revise down the restock fee?); very disappointing as our contract of sale is with FLR and not Karndean! FLR's own contract term states that we are able to cancel (as we had not taken delivery), yet FLR seemed to ignore this point and refused to refund our purchase. We eventually took delivery of the product, our fitter noted the product may have been a bad batch given the inconsistency of the uniformity of the tiles. We asked FLR to advise if we had received a bad batch and they pointed us in the direction of Karndean! Again, our contract and point of sale has been with FLR and not Karndean! Stay away - as other reviews have noted, this company is happy to take your sale; but zero after sales service. Useless.

As an office interiors company we sub contract the flooring. We have worked with FLR now for some time as the entire process always runs like clockwork which is crucial for us and they have a great range of products to choose from.
