A lady was happy to come into our home for three and a half hours to tell us how amazing they were and how everyone else who sells windows is rubbish (in her words), quote us an extortionate price (5500 After discount but 15000 original price!!!!!) for our windows and doors knowing our house was currently unsecure and take a 1500 deposit for the privilege in August telling us the process will take 8 weeks. The surveying took 1 month. He was extremely rude and effectively called me a liar due to a confusion in the time he was meant to come. He also told us from that stage the windows will be in in 4 weeks. And then the icing on top we ring to find out what was going on only to be told the parts won't be there until the 23RD OF DECEMBER!!!!!! I cant lock my house up when I go to work. To say I am absolutely disgusted is a massive understatement. Lesson learnt. Never trust a saleswoman. Should have given my money to a well deserved hard working tradesman which is what I fully intend to do next.
