        The receptionists are absolutely useless. Ive just tried 3 times this week to get an appointment and all 3 have advised me something different for Park Surgery Shirley. if you are employed in healthcare have a caring attitude, these receptionists are absolutely cold and heartless people

        I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent service and support my family and I have received over the last 2 years especially. The doctors and nurses have been attentive and caring and proactive when needed. Tracey on reception is the friendliest and most helpful person who always goes above and beyond for us.         This surgery seem on the ball. They referred me for tests quickly when I was concerned about recurring cancer. The receptionists are friendly and there is a call-back facility on the phone when the lines are busy.
