Tanworth Lane Surgery

Got to be the worst GP surgery in Solihull totally unhelpful receptionist who do there best to put you off having an appointment. The phone lines are always busy all day as not got a clue how to organize call flows and there records are not up to date. I have been registered with them from when it was a small surgery the other end of Tanworth lane such a shame they have gone from being great to being the worst a big shake up is required.

It is difficult to even recieve a phone call, even for a small, poorly baby. The standard of this surgery must fall far below the basic requirements, it needs to be looked into ASAP.

Have been with this surgery for 27 years a d have always been impressed with them. When they merged there were problems getting through but this seems a lot better now. I have been very lucky and have spoken to the same friendly doctor a number of times. The receptionists have always been courteous and helpful to me.

Pathetic surgery with rude lazy staff, including the receptionists and doctors. An disgrace to the spirit and hardwork the NHS has performed during this difficult time
