A while back I needed root canal treatment on one of my teeth but my dentist was unable to complete the procedure despite several attempts. I was then referred to Dr. Vahdaty who did a great job on my tooth. Having had a difficult experience with my own dentist, I was apprehensive but Dr. Vahdaty reassured me with her calm and confident approach. She explained the procedure and made sure that I was comfortable with it.
Some time later I needed another root canal and again my dentist (a different one) tried a few times but failed. I asked him to refer me to Dr. Vahdaty as she had done such a good job before, and yet again she succeeded where others had not.
I highly recommend Dr. Vahdaty to anyone who needs root canal treatment. She is one of the best dentists I have ever been to, with a friendly demeanour and light touch.

Perhaps, with not the same anticipation as Harry Potter 8 is expected, this is my follow up continuation, albeit somewhat delayed, of my review. Up front, my first experience of having root canal therapy reflected that of the patients that I had referred over the years. Although in the grand order of thing it is still early days the tooth that was giving me so much grief is now completely symptom free and I can see no reason to doubt that it will remain so.
Before me consenting to treatment, diagnostic x-rays were taken and a predicted success rate was estimated. Nothing in this world is 100% successful but my estimation was high so it was a no brainer to proceed to save my tooth. The procedure was carried out in a professional way, accompanied by Dr Vahdaty singing away to herself while performing the boringly monotonous reaming out of the canals. With regard to her vocal talents, I do not advocate her giving up her day job.
In my experience (based on 1) the end of the chair time procedure wasn't the end of my problems. For two or three days afterwards I still had pain which needed paracetamol; the likelihood of this potential eventuality was explained to me in a handout given on my departure from the surgery. I was anticipating it and was prepared. My wife queried the hand written addendum to my post operative care instructions excusing me from domestic chores for six months......she claimed that the writing looked very similar to my script.
I have no hesitation in continuing with my 5 star recommendation that was given on my experience of referred patients
