I had trouble making contact at first but a lovely lady called Dawne contacted me back within the day and explained they were sorting out the problems. I'm happy to say Dawne handled my case brilliantly and sorted my query. I've been able to make contact since so top marks for all your help Dawne and top marks to the company for sorting out the contact problems
