Working in clinical leadership, I feel hugely supported by Linnaeus - every decision ultimately driven by the question "what's the right thing to do", whether that's about treatment of a pet or investment in equipment. The amount of clinical equipment (such as patient monitors) that's been bought with patient welfare and safety as the justification, rather than a financial reason, is amazing. A couple of early projects included ensuring every site was using capnography and eliminating the use of nitrous oxide while providing training and support for these transitions. 'Corporate' is no longer a dirty word when it's got an ethos like Linnaeus.

The vet practice that I have been with for almost 13 years was recently taken over by Linnaeus. I am not impressed with either their customer service or their arbitrary decision to change the anti flea and worm medication for my dog without checking with me first. I've moved vets despite being very fond of my Vetinary surgeon. Let this be a cautionary tale. When you acquire a new business how you behave is crucial. Linnaeus seem to be behaving like the proverbial bull in a china shop. Let them pay the price.

What a shambles.Since you taken over our Veterinary service .We can't get an appointment for our dog .This is a Vet that we have been with for 30+years.We pay a VIP Pet care plan Subscription. .You shouldn't be offering a service you can't deliver on .Your employee couldn't apologise enough for the service ,great let you staff face the music ,you ought to be ashamed to let them face this

Never ever use any of this Companys Vets , They presure you into having loads of tests, administer medication that isnt needed ,They ran up a bill of 1150 for a simple urine infection that cost 29 to sort , this company is all about money money money !!! Edit Yes and as you can see by the response , do not care . never investigated by linnaeus just got vet to ring me and fob me off !

Since my local vets was acquired by the Linnaeus group the prices increased dramatically and making money seemed to become the priority. This is evident in that when I take my very old dog to the vet I am pressured into having lots of tests and procedures without been made aware of the costs upfront and feeling guilty if I say no and then been hit with a bill for several hundreds of pounds. I wont use a Linnaeus group vet again.
