        This old fashioned outdated firm have SERIOUS issues. Due to arrogant, uninterested staff, our conveyancing became 100times more stressful and took over 4 weeks longer than agreed. They have a very high staff turnover, a useless member of staff (for example lost EPC certificate 6 times, contracts twice etc - thank you PJ), just left, leaving another useless member of staff to pick it up and then she left on holiday!!!!!!!! Thank you Anthony Stockton for making 4 weeks of our lives hellish.

        This solicitors has dragged out our house sale by over 4 weeks now. They wont speak to our solicitors on the phone, only via email. They have suggested 4 move dates and last minute stated they cannot achieve the dates THEY have suggested. We are still awaiting updates from them. We are utterly disgusted by their responses to our solicitors as they do not provide reasoning and the fact they are continuously delaying our house move despite everyone being flexible!!!!
