I had been experiencing ongoing performance issues with my laptop that were making day to day running of my business extremely difficult. Flaming provide the IT support for the franchise that I work for. I logged the fault via email and very quickly received a call from Samuel in Technical Support. Samuel ran various checks and diagnostics keeping me updated throughout. A Windows Update had not installed correctly and the Support Assistant associated with the laptop was also not working correctly. Samuel sorted both the update and the support software and provided me with clear next steps to take if required. The service was first rate and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Flaming Ltd to assist with the software support needs of your business.

After having our work emails compromised and thinking that we were buying the right security for our business, we never realised how wrong we were and weak our security was, Sab and his team at Flaming have now took over and cant thank the guys enough, everything has been replaced and now we have an Absoulte amazing set up and gives us a more professional edge to help our clients, cant recommend them enough.
