        I recently purchased a new coffee machine and coffee pods from Nespresso, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I was served by Lamin, From start to finish, he was really friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I have already recommended a few friends to Nespresso (and they are now customers) based on my experience and service from Lamin and the quality of the coffee machine and pods. I look forward to my Nespresso journey. Thank you Lamin, 5 stars!

        Worst customer service I have ever received. Refused to help fix a milk frother, staff rude and abrupt and clueless. And took 28 minutes to purchase 3 sticks of pods because staff do not know what theyre doing. Would not return , worth going on to the bullring, always a pleasant experience there.

        Today i was served by a very enthusiastic salesman called Harvey, he was very knowledgeable about all the different options that my machine was compatible with, and nothing was too much trouble for him. The service was top tier and it was a lovely touch that he made my girlfriend and I a coffee. Will be coming back!
