Lovely Venue, I started my Hen Do off here last weekend. Food wasn't the best to be honest, not very warm and didn't bring out the extra food that was order by myself, which was a little disappointing considering I have brought along with me 19 guests. My mother in-law to be was not happy as she was served water with mould inside the glass carafe, notice this after she had already drank a glass full, which is totally disgusting and unacceptable. When she told a member of staff they never even apologised just smiled and walked away, which shows alot for your staff members really. Overall my guests seemed happy but services to us wasn't the best, I have heard great things about this place so left a little disappointed to be honest. The drink menu had been reduced to 4 drinks rather than the menu we was sent via email, that was annoying for some of my guest as they never enjoyed the drinks they were given. Venue looks amazing, just need to improve the service skills of your employees.

we had bottomless brunch booked for a birthday today we got all dressed up and come it was very quiet which is fine we was greeted by a very miserable boy he sat us down we asked if we asked if we could have a cosmo she had a very bad attitude when serving us she came back and said it would take them too long to put through the Till as it was not on the menu we then asked what Vodka we could have she huffed and said jw Whitley or whichever brand and rolled her eyes once she left we looked behind the bar and saw several different brands of vodka. She was not bothered about serving us. It was very quiet so we would expect 3 girls who want to pay for bottomless brunch to have a little bit of nice service and smile. We actually got up and left as we did not want to stay there and be served by dis interested staff we have come to funky bear the music staff everything is much better. I am very disappointed with the experience it was my first time coming and we was very excited we will not be returning! I wouldnt bother going there.
