Letts Clean

A fantastic service received! Works were completed in a timely manner, the team were efficient and friendly. The carpets looked so much better afterwards and we'd definitely use Letts again.

Letts Clean was one of the 'preferred' professional cleaning agencies listed under Chestertons. My flatmates and I decided to go with their services just before our move out, which we now regret massively. The couches were not cleaned at all, tools and cleaning materials were left in the flat and there was a huge chip made on one of the bedroom doors, which. to make matters worse, Letts Clean refused to pay for. Up until today, we have still not received a response from them regarding the chip and why we should be footing the bill. We had a terrible experience with Letts Clean. I strongly recommend you use other cleaning agencies, as Letts Clean is extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Letts Cleans have provided and end of tenancy cleaning service for me several times in the past and have always provided an extremely good value and professional service from start to finish. As a Landlord it is very important to me that that the cleaning of the flat is done to a high standard and is ready on time for a seamless start to the next tenancy. Without the consistently high standard and good quality communication provided by Letts Clean I would not be able to deliver this. Thank you!
