A Catholic church. Brick-built, modern churches are not usually my favourite form of architecture. This one however, is quite interesting. Airy and open inside, it's grand without being cold and unwelcoming as many modern churches are. The Stations of the Cross are beautifully crafted. The organ is impressive to look at although I did not hear it when I visited. There is a gallery, very similar to any theatre or cinema, but this was cordoned off when I was there. Is this permanent due to a problem? Don't know. A bit large for a small family event but then most modern churches are.
