If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely rude lady called Ann works in this shop, I have never been treated so horribly in any shop in my life. She swears and is loud around the shop and don't ever try to return anything, she seriously gets the hump about it. She said she could refuse to give my money back if she wanted to - clearly doesn't know about consumer rights. I left in floods of tears. What a terrible person to be the face of a charity.

^^ Unfortunately, for the last reviewer, I was actually in the shop at the time. I'm not sure how she confused "floods of tears" with "stood there laughing along side her partner." It's a charity shop. Who returns an item for a couple of pounds for a refund really. Give to a charity and take straight back. You should be ashamed of yourself, and being asked a reason for return is a standard procedure. A retailer can also refuse a refund if A. The item was faulty when purchased, and the buyer was aware. B. Because you've tried to mend or alter the item and C. Because you no longer want it, because the item was not the right colour or size. I don't tend to leave many reviews, but from the few occasions I have visited the store to take my nan shopping, all staff and customers have been really nice and always helpful, and always have fun with the friendly banter.

Visited today to have a browse ,at first I was dubious as it was a bit small to get around in my mobility scooter but the lovely lady (Leanne) said she would move the stuff around as much as possible to make my visit enjoyable and I'm so glad she did as there were so many lovely hidden gems so many great quality items at great prices !!! Leanne and her mum(the manager) were so helpful and so friendly I would of loved to of stayed and had a cuppa and a chat as they made us feel so welcome and valued as a customer, they even tried looking out the back for exactly what we was looking for !!! We all felt so comfortable looking around and browsing ! It started to bucket down while we were in the shop and they let us stay in for Abit until it calmed down but it was quite a big shower ,they were both amazing to us and our 2 children ,it's like we had knew them for ever ,this is the kind of customer service that makes you want to return and we definitely will be ,THANK YOU SO MUCH TO LEANNE AND HER MUM FOR BEING SO KIND AND MAKING US FEEL SO WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE AND FOR NOT MAKING ME FEEL A BURDEN IN THE WAY ALL THE TIME !!! AND FOR TREATING US LIKE FRIENDS AN HUMAN BEINGS ,you truly are STARS This is such a great charity shop , pay a visit and you will see what I mean , there is something for everyone at reasonable prices . Even on my way out the manager made sure that I was able to leave safely without any obstacles They obviously care about each and every customer ,this is something that is rare nowadays.
