Warm, cosy atmosphere with delicious food! Would highly recommend!

It was a little hard to find, hidden in a pub called Number 1 but plenty of off-road parking. It took a bit longer than we were quoted but good things come to those who wait. Portion sizes are GENEROUS, as befits Jamaican attitude. The mutton just fell-apart and it was all meat, clearly quality ingredients; it was clearly everyone's favourite. The flavours were superb, even the rice and peas weren't bland. Burger was perfectly medium-cooked and super tasty. Loaded fries were out of this world, ackee and saltfish was beautiful and the jerk sauce was sublime. The dumplings were a little dense but that's the only fault we could find and it's very minor. Our new favourite takeaway!

Cosy, welcoming little restaurant with the most delicious Caribbean food. HUGE portions and colourful dishes bursting with flavour. We loved the festivals, jerk chicken and the creative fusion options; the mutton loaded chips are fast becoming my weekly treat. Definitely a returning customer.

Quaint Caribbean restaurant. Look out for No1 Dovehouse, rather than Doreno's, it's the first restaurant on the block. Warm welcome, polite service and of course good food. Traditional Jamaican food on the menu, plus a fusion of other foods, like burgers with a Caribbean twist! We stuck to tradition, with jerk chicken and curry mutton, rice and peas. It was our first visit, and we'll definitely be going again.

Been here a good few times now the food is amazing and the staff are more then helpful recommend to everyone
