During the agreement I felt there customer service could have done with improving- it was awful and tedious however after clearing the hire purchase I must say Braddie, the customer service executive went above and beyond to resolve my dispute and I cant thank her enough. So thank you - you certainly added that human touch and completely changed my opinion of Moneyway.

Would completely avoid this company they are happy to take your money but if you have problems with your car they give you the run around for over 6 months then decide to tell you your problems are wear and tear even though they have been there from day one scam avoid at all costs, already spent alot of my time trying to get this sorted with you just for it to get palmed off clearly ringing you is not going to get my problem dealt with have booked the car in to be scrapped
