        They kept my car for 4 days and the response from service was very poor , Ive been charged about 800 for replacing thermostat and when i went to collect the car it was completely dirty, like I could see oily fingerprints on hood and they didnt even wash the car. I wouldnt think a company like Mercedes Benz would be unprofessional to do that and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. They are just charging extra for their brand name.

        We had bought new car from Solihull Mercedas on December 2021, when we Pick up a car, they have sunken damaged on the side door, We are agreed for the repair and free service for next year, after a year car service they dont do it a free service?? I would never came back again.

        Sam Walker is an absolute asset to this branch of Porsche, he kept me updated, reassured and showed a lot of empathy during a tough situation. No doubt the best customer service I have ever received within the car industry. I would also like to thank Maisie for her help, again fantastic person and customer service skills.
