    Extremely poor customer service from start to finish. From the sales process through to the service Listers need to listen to their 1* reviews. On top of the poor service - I bought a brand new shape Range Rover and only after 5000 miles I had a rear steering issue, 3 warning lights. After diagnosis from their Land Rover care they say it requires a new part and it has go to to the garage. I am now 9 weeks in and still haven't got my car back. They have provided a courtesy car, but spending over 100k to not have your car or your money is a joke! I have asked for a replacement car and they have just said no. I will be seeking legal advice on getting this issue resolved. Listers do not deserve my business any more!!!!

    If you say the car will be serviced in 3 hours then that is what the customer expects, especially if they are waiting. I waited for 4 hours and 50 minutes and eventually had to leave due to work commitments. Really disappointed I would have understood if there had been communication and a reason for the delay but none was given just apologies. Very very poor customer skills
