Graham constructed a large kitchen extension at the rear of our bungalow in Knowle, Solihull. He also converted the garage into a new bedroom. Graham and his team worked on our property solely so they could give us their best attention. The work was finished to a very high standard and completed within a reasonable time span. I would highly recommend Graham as a local Solihull builder. We were happy to have him and his team working in our bungalow and fully trusted them.

We recently had a single storey side extension built by Graham and his team which gave us a much needed gym. Graham is honest and reliable with a great depth of knowledge and terrific team working diligently for him. Graham, Chris and the team were friendly, courteous, highly skilled, punctual and kept everything clean throughout the process. The quality of the finished building craftsmanship was extremely high, friends and neighbours have commented on how impressed they were with it. You will not be disappointed with the quality of the work from Graham and his team. They are an absolute pleasure to do business with and we wholeheartedly recommend them.

My husband and I bought a bungalow in Solihull. The work included the construction of a kitchen and a large porch extension, renovations and modernising throughout and a new bathroom. We were very happy with Graham and his building team. They worked everyday through the winter and added the large kitchen extension that created a wonderful open kitchen space with fantastic bi-fold doors leading into the garden. The workmanship was first class and exactly to our brief and instruction. The work that Graham and his team carried out in our house has totally transformed our lives. They moved our kitchen to a different room in the house and made our downstairs open plan so that we can all be together as a family. They turned a previously unused conservatory into a brand new, modern living space. Graham was so much more than just the builder. He was involved from the start of the process and brought so many design ideas to the table. He has such attention to detail and throughout the work he discussed options to make sure everything turned out exactly as we wanted. As the work progressed he made suggestions that we hadnt previously considered and was happy to amend the scope of the work to then factor these changes in. Due to the pandemic we had our three children at home throughout the building work and Graham and his team were wonderful with them. The children were sad when they left! The work was completed to an exceptional standard by a group of truly good people and we are extremely grateful to them all. We would absolutely recommend Morrall Construction.

From start to finish, Graham and his team worked alongside the kitchen designers and fitters to ensure the kitchen/dining room conversion was completed to the highest standard and on time. Having contractors on site can be stressful, however Morrall Construction are a genuinely lovely and great team to have a major project completed. As you have to spend a significant time together, the interaction and Manner in which you work alongside each other is key. This, in conjunction with the standard of work, as well as sensible managing of costs, ensured we were 100% happy with the outcome of the project. I can not speak highly enough of them and will certainly be looking to have them back at some stage to do further work.
