Great experience at Prive Solihull. Went for lip fillers on a saturday morning. The staff were really attentive and professional which really made it a good experience. So happy with the results and will definitely be visiting again.

There website allowed me to book my appointment for Bank Holiday Monday, which they cancelled just a couple of hours before my appointment . Had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. There phone always goes on voicemail. I must say without even going there, a very poor customer experience.

Don't waste your time and money. I wish I had read the other reviews before booking in my pedicure. They butchered my feet

Booked a pedicure and manicure as a special treat for me and my mum Mum. What a terrible experience they both had. First of all it was difficult to book an appointment together. The booking was for the first week of January. There was no running hot water from the taps bath our feet in. The water was freezing.. the room was freezing. We had to sit there in our coats. Hot water had to be boiled in kettles to soak our feet for our pedicures. The worker and the owner were just lousy and had a not so bothered type of attitude. Half way through my manicure the owner left me to go a do Botox for another client that had just walked In through the door. Absolutely disgusted at the service. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. The shop looks fabulous.. but what shall we do with looks if the customer care is rubbish!!! If the owner spent a little more time and care with her clients instead of pumping her own lips up with Botox to the point they are about to burst she might get better reviews for her business!! fail.. a waste of money. Dont bother going in!
