        Lady at the counter of Solihull golden scissor was very rude. She charged me extra money for previous visit too. As you are admitting that it was your mistake but not for a second she showed that it was a mistake at your end . Instead she became racist and said very inappropriate words. She knew it very well what did she say and I had a proof of that too. I hope you can check that on your footage as well
