Unbelievable bad service. The lady serving almost sent 18000 pound of my money to the wrong account. Asked me to agree it would be my responsibility .

Not a fan of the reduced hours as I work during these hours. Staff service at the counter is abysmal. They're very bloody happy to tell you what you can do instead of doing it for you.

Went in to inform them that i needed to close an account due to a family bereavement. Was told to stand in a queue, 15 mins later a woman came up to me to tell me i needed to book an appointment. Terrible service, the worse i've come across.
