        Today is Wednesday 4th August, phoneed branch not answered, went personally to Solihull at 12.00 noon door loocked, looked like branch not opened at all today. On internet webside says it is opened. Tried again at 2.30 pm today , totally closed. It is so appoling, no clear information on the door If and when will be reopen.Payed a checque in six days ago still not cleared. Iam absolutely discussed.

        After closing are local branch i was sent to this bank what can I say total waste of time. Got a cue out side of people waiting to take money out. Little do they know they're system are down. How hard would it of been for a worker to come out and explain to the 10 elderly customers that they will not be able to take money out. Instead made them wait in the freezing cold rain. I will be closing my accounts. Tsb your staff are totally useless you really need to learn from lloyds bank which is 100 times better then yours

        Staff in here always great and never a long wait. Could do with self service deposit facilities to improve however!
