        Told me that the counters were open on Wednesdays, turn up on a Wednesday and they are shut and I urgently needed to change some cash. The man and woman in the shop were gormless and did not even apologise just shrugged at me when I asked why the counters weren't open. Glad they are closing down no manners or inclination to help their customers

        Rubbish bank, avoid, only 2 staff on a weekday, waited over 1hr just to do a transfer, absolutely shocking customer service

        Opening times are a joke. 2pm close and not open Thurs. Using Covid as an excuse to not provide a service.

        Rarely visit branches anymore but had fantastic customer service from Jackie who took time to research and resolve an issue that had been going on for months.
