I only visited this branch to pay in a cheque and loads of coins using the self service machine. Sadly(!) that machine was not available and there was only one cashier behind the "counter" who was not keen to accept the cash, but she tried her best until the queue behind me reached the door! I had to sort a portion of the coinage away from the counter but was allowed to resume service once completed - while the queue remained back to the door. Maybe short staffed (covid??), maybe other staff too busy elsewhere (??) but altogether this was a frustrating experience.
