I could not access my triple access account for 11 days because Paragon insisted verification had to be done by mail, which of course then got stuck in the post.
My LISA, I still cannot access, another two weeks after I began the process by sending the necessary forms, because it took Paragon over a week to look at the forms only for the them to bounce them back to me. I have recently rung customer service, who told me they've received the updated forms and it will take yet another five days from receipt of the new forms to even look at it. Why does it take this long? Why am I back at the bottom of the queue?
Very disappointed and I shall not be banking here again.
